By registering for a CCC event, the registering organization acknowledges and agrees to:

• Follow all CCC, USASF, USA Cheer, and The One Prime Finals guidelines where applicable
• Ensure all athletes meet age, roster, and division eligibility requirements
• Accept financial responsibility for all registrations submitted
• Follow all CCC safety policies and codes of conduct

The person completing registration is responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate and complete.

Registration Deposits

To confirm registration:

• 50% deposit is due 30 days prior to the event
• Full balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event
• Teams with unpaid balances after the deadline may be removed from the competition schedule.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit Card
• Check payable to Champion Cheer Central, Inc.
• Cashier’s Check or Money Order

Returned checks will incur a $50 processing fee, and future payments must be made via certified funds.

Credit Card Processing Fee

All credit card transactions include a 3% processing fee, which is non-refundable.

CCC understands that circumstances may change during the season. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing CCC to plan events properly.

No Refund Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

• No-shows
• Team dropouts after schedule release
• Athlete roster reductions

Credits must be used within the same competition season.

If CCC cancels an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather
• Venue closures
• Natural disasters

Teams may choose one of the following:

• Transfer registration to another CCC event
• Receive a full event credit
• Receive a refund if the event cannot be rescheduled
